• Internet banking passwords

• Other banking authentication credentials

When you voluntarily select a Call, WhatsApp, or similar external communication option, StaySathi may initiate the relevant application or service on your device.

Your subsequent communication may be processed by your telephone provider, WhatsApp, or another applicable third-party service and will be subject to that provider’s privacy practices and terms.

StaySathi does not control private conversations conducted through independent third-party communication platforms.

6. Public Information and Listings

StaySathi is designed to connect users with property owners and local service providers.

Information intentionally included in a public property or service listing may be visible to other StaySathi users or, where applicable, on publicly accessible StaySathi services.

Users should not include sensitive or confidential information in public listings unless it is necessary and they intentionally wish to make it available.

StaySathi primarily provides a technology platform through which users can discover property listings and service providers and communicate with relevant owners/providers.

Users are encouraged to independently verify:

• Ownership or authority of the person listing a property

• Availability

• Documents

• Location

• Terms of any proposed transaction

Unless expressly stated otherwise, StaySathi is not a party to independent rental, lease, property or service agreements entered into between users and third parties.

Users should exercise appropriate judgment before making payments or entering into agreements directly with another user, property owner or service provider.

StaySathi is intended for persons who are 18 years of age or older.
